Article 3: Products
The site offers for sale jerseys of padel personalized. The products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. However, in the event of errors or omissions in this presentation, the responsibility of TC Group France could not be engaged.
Article 4: Prices
The prices of the jerseys are set at 35€ per unit. These rates may increase depending on the customization options chosen by the customer. Prices are indicated in euros and as a micro-enterprise, TC Group France is not subject to VAT in accordance with article 293 B of the CGI.
Article 5: Orders
Orders are made exclusively on the website www.lemaillotpadel.com. Once the order is validated, it can be cancelled or refunded only before its status changes to "In Process" on the Colipala website. Once the order processing process has started, it can no longer be modified, cancelled or refunded, due to the personalized nature of the products.
Article 6: Payment
Payment for orders is made via Stripe ou PayPal, two secure payment solutions. The customer's banking information is not kept by TC Group France.
Article 7: Delivery
Orders are delivered to France by Post Office, private delivery services such as Private Parcel, or FedEx for large orders. Delivery times are 2 weeks on average. The delivery costs are 2,5€ + 1€ per jersey purchased. Delivery costs are free from 60 € purchase or via promotional codes specific. This offer applies to mainland France and worldwide, excluding islands.
Customers can track the progress of their order (design, production, shipping, etc.) via the platform Colipala (colipala.fr), which provides detailed information on each step of the process.
Shipping addresses must be complete, accurate and easily accessible, including mailbox addresses. In the event of a delivery failure due to an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address, additional charges, which vary depending on the order and quantity of products, may be applied for a new shipment or production.
Delivery by a third party supplier
Some orders may be shipped directly from our partner suppliers, which can be located in France or toforeign. This does not cause any additional delay. than the estimated delivery times at the bottom of each product sheet.
In the event of a complaint, you will never have to deal directly with our suppliers. All after-sales service management is fully supported by The Jersey Padel. We remain your Unique contact for all questions relating to your order, from validation to delivery and customer support.
Article 8: Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of the products, no returns or refunds is not possible once the order is in production. However, an order can be cancelled and refunded before it goes into production. In the event of a design or production error attributable to TC Group France, we undertake to reproduce and return the correct product at our expense, without requiring a return from the customer, except in special cases. The customer will have to provide proof of the error (photos) so that we can process their request.

In the event of a dispute, customers can contact customer service via the contact form available on the site or by email at contact@lemaillotpadel.com. TC Group France undertakes to respond as soon as possible.
Article 10: Liability
TC Group France cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature that could result from improper use of the products sold.
Article 11: Promotions and Special Offers
TC Group France may offer promotional offers or discount codes. The conditions of use of these offers will be specified at the time of their communication. Delivery costs may be waived as part of these promotions.
Article 12: Intellectual Property and Content Protection
